Medigoo Oyj kantaosakkeiden osakemerkintä 500 osaketta. Tämä vastaa summaa 450 eur + maksupalveluntarjoajan (Paytrail) kulut n. 10 eur. Jos kulut jäävät pienemmäksi, niin erotuksella merkitään automaattisesti sinulle lisäosakkeita, näin erityisesti toteutuu pankin maksupainikkeita käyttäen. Paytrail hyväksyy myös luottokorttimaksut, jolloin heidän provisionsa on isompi, kuitenkin enintään 10 eur per 500 osakkeen erä. Jos haluat merkitä enemmän osakkeita, lisää näitä samoja enemmän ostoskoriisi. Tekemällä osakeostoksen ostaja hyväksyy tämän joukkorahoituksen osakassopimuksen OSAKASSOPIMUS (ENGLANNIKSI).
Medigoo Oyj ordinary shares subscription for 500 shares. This corresponds to the sum of 450 eur + the payment service provider’s (Paytrail) costs of approx. 10 eur. If the expenses are lower, then additional shares are automatically assigned to you with the difference, this is especially the case using the bank payment buttons. Paytrail also accepts credit card payments, in which case their commission is bigger, however a maximum of 10 eur per batch of 500 shares.
